work permit\uff08\u96c7\u4e3b\u7279\u5b9a\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\uff09<\/strong>\u7d81\u5b9a\u7279\u5b9a\u96c7\u4e3b\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u8077\u4f4d\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f LMIA-based \u6216\u67d0\u4e9b\u514d LMIA \u985e\u5225\uff08\u5982 CUSMA\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u5167\u90e8\u8abf\u6d3e\uff09\u62ff\u5230\u7684\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u63db\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c31\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u7533\u8acb\u6216\u8d70\u8c41\u514d\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<strong>Open work permit\uff08\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\uff09<\/strong>\u4e0d\u7d81\u96c7\u4e3b\uff0c\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u5408\u6cd5\u96c7\u4e3b\u5e95\u4e0b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff08\u5c11\u6578\u9650\u5236\u884c\u696d\u9664\u5916\uff09\uff0c\u5e38\u898b\u4f86\u6e90\u662f IEC \u6253\u5de5\u5ea6\u5047\u3001PGWP \u7562\u696d\u5de5\u7c3d\u3001\u914d\u5076\u958b\u653e\u5de5\u7c3d\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u500b\u5206\u985e\u662f\u7406\u89e3\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u985e\u578b\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u2014\u2014\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\uff08\u6216\u672a\u4f86\u60f3\u8d70\uff09\u7684\u662f\u54ea\u4e00\u7a2e\uff0c\u518d\u5f80\u4e0b\u770b\u7d30\u7bc0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u638c\u63e1\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u790e\u5206\u985e\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u770b\u4e3b\u8981\u985e\u578b\u7e3d\u89bd\uff1a<\/p>\n<div \u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u2014\u2014\u7528\u5b8c\u4e00\u822c\u62bd\u7c64\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u540d\u984d\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u53ef\u4ee5\u518d\u53d6\u5f97 <strong>2 \u6b21<\/strong>\u984d\u5916\u7684 IEC \u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u7b49\u65bc\u628a\u80fd\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7528 IEC \u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6642\u9593\u62c9\u9577\u3002\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u5e7e\u9ede\uff1a\u900f\u904e RO \u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52d9\u8cbb\u7528\uff08RO \u672c\u8eab\u662f\u6536\u8cbb\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u9019\u8ddf\u300c\u4ef2\u4ecb\u4e0d\u80fd\u5411\u6c42\u8077\u8005\u6536\u6c42\u8077\u8cbb\u300d\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u6027\u8cea\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff09\uff1b\u4e14\u5982\u679c\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u5148\u96e2\u958b\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u518d\u91cd\u65b0\u5165\u5883\u624d\u80fd\u555f\u7528\u65b0\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u3002\u662f\u5426\u9069\u5408\u82b1\u9019\u7b46\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u8981\u770b\u4f60\u9084\u60f3\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5f85\u591a\u4e45\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u9019\u7b46\u8cbb\u7528\u76f8\u5c0d\u4f60\u7684\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u5426\u5212\u7b97\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u5148\u67e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/services\/work-canada\/iec\/recognized-organizations.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IRCC \u5b98\u65b9 RO \u540d\u55ae\u9801\u9762<\/a>\u78ba\u8a8d\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u69cb\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u5b98\u65b9\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u627e\u5230\u975e\u5b98\u65b9\u8a8d\u53ef\u3001\u6536\u8cbb\u537b\u8fa6\u4e0d\u6210\u7684\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u5404\u985e\u578b\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u7559\u610f\u5e7e\u500b\u5e38\u898b\u8ff7\u601d\u3002<strong>\u8ff7\u601d\u4e00\uff1a\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u96c7\u4e3b\u90fd\u80fd\u5e6b\u4f60\u8fa6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7c3d\u8b49\u3002<\/strong>\u96c7\u4e3b\u8981\u5148\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u9858\u610f\u8ca0\u64d4 LMIA \u8cbb\u7528\u8207\u6d41\u7a0b\u3001\u6216\u672c\u8eab\u6709 CUSMA\uff0fICT \u7b49\u8c41\u514d\u8cc7\u683c\uff09\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5c0f\u96c7\u4e3b\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u7d93\u9a57\u6216\u610f\u9858\u8d70\u9019\u689d\u8def\uff0c\u9047\u5230\u96c7\u4e3b\u8aaa\u300c\u6211\u5e6b\u4f60\u8fa6\u300d\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u5c0d\u65b9\u6e05\u695a\u5be6\u969b\u6d41\u7a0b\u8207\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u96a8\u53e3\u7b54\u61c9\u3002<strong>\u8ff7\u601d\u4e8c\uff1a\u6709 job offer \u4e0d\u7b49\u65bc\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u62ff\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u3002<\/strong>Job offer \u53ea\u662f\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u8d77\u9ede\uff0cLMIA \u662f\u5426\u6838\u51c6\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u662f\u5426\u901a\u904e\u5be9\u6838\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u5be9\u67e5\u95dc\u5361\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u4fdd\u8b49\u300c\u6709 offer \u5c31\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u62ff\u5230\u7c3d\u8b49\u300d\u90fd\u4e0d\u6e96\u78ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u7167\u5230\u5be6\u52d9\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e38\u898b\u6848\u4f8b\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<strong>WHV \u5feb\u5230\u671f\u3001\u96c7\u4e3b\u9858\u610f\u7559\u4eba<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u5982\u679c\u96c7\u4e3b\u771f\u7684\u6709\u610f\u9858\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u8981\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u5426\u9858\u610f\u4e5f\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u8d70 LMIA \u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u514d LMIA \u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u9760\u53e3\u982d\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u65e9\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba LMIA \u5be9\u7406\u5f80\u5f80\u8981\u6578\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f86\u4e0d\u53ca\u929c\u63a5 WHV \u5230\u671f\u65e5\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u5019\u4e5f\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5148\u7533\u8acb Visitor Record \u722d\u53d6\u7de9\u885d\u6642\u9593\uff08\u898b<a href=\"\/canada-visitor-visa-guide-2026\/\">Visitor Record \u5b8c\u6574\u8aaa\u660e<\/a>\uff09\u3002<strong>\u8edf\u9ad4\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u627e GTS<\/strong>\uff1a\u8077\u4f4d\u82e5\u660e\u78ba\u843d\u5728 Global Talent Occupations List\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8acb\u96c7\u4e3b\u8a55\u4f30\u8d70 GTS \u6436\u6642\u6548\uff0c\u8a73\u898b<a href=\"\/canada-gts-guide-2026\/\">GTS \u5b8c\u6574\u89e3\u6790<\/a>\u3002<strong>\u9910\u98f2\u696d\u60f3\u8d70 LMIA<\/strong>\uff1a\u9910\u98f2\u3001\u670d\u52d9\u696d\u901a\u5e38\u6c92\u6709 GTS \u6216 CUSMA \u9019\u985e\u5feb\u901f\u6216\u514d\u5be9\u901a\u9053\u53ef\u7528\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u8d70\u4e00\u822c LMIA\uff0c\u6642\u9593\u8207\u96c7\u4e3b\u914d\u5408\u5ea6\u90fd\u8981\u6293\u5bec\u9b06\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u8a73\u898b<a href=\"\/canada-lmia-gts-guide-2026\/\">LMIA \u5b8c\u6574\u89e3\u6790<\/a>\u3002<strong>\u6c92\u6709\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5b78\u6b77\u4f46\u60f3\u627e\u96c7\u4e3b\u64d4\u4fdd<\/strong>\uff1a\u6c92\u6709\u672c\u5730\u5b78\u6b77\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u7533\u8acb LMIA \u8cc7\u683c\u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u52d9\u4e0a\u96c7\u4e3b\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5c0d\u6709\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u6c42\u5b78\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u4eba\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\uff0c\u9019\u985e\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u4e3b\u52d5\u8b49\u660e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u8207\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<strong>\u60f3\u900f\u904e RO \u518d\u62ff\u4e00\u6b21 IEC \u6a5f\u6703<\/strong>\uff1a\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7528\u5b8c\u4e00\u822c\u62bd\u7c64\u8cc7\u683c\u3001\u60f3\u6e05\u695a\u9858\u4e0d\u9858\u610f\u652f\u4ed8 RO \u670d\u52d9\u8cbb\uff0c\u4e26\u53ea\u900f\u904e IRCC \u5b98\u65b9\u8a8d\u53ef\u540d\u55ae\u4e0a\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5404\u985e\u5225\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u7533\u8acb\u689d\u4ef6\u3001\u8cbb\u7528\u8207\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u8acb\u5206\u5225\u53c3\u8003\uff1a<a
