For denied entry, the current terms describe evidence checks and notification with required forms within seven days after the event, or another period communicated by the platform. For tickets subject to resale restrictions, they also require proof of invalid entry on the event day. These are the current provisions we read, not proof of a reader’s purchase-time contract in 2026 or a promise that an old claim remains eligible. Changing one’s mind differs from receiving incorrect or invalid tickets. StubHub’s current cancellation help says completed orders cannot be changed, canceled or returned merely because a buyer chose the wrong event, bought too many tickets, found cheaper options or cannot attend. That does not mean incorrect or invalid tickets have no remedy; those situations require separate examination under the guarantee. Postponement is not automatically cancellation with a refund either. The source of a support message also needs checking. The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre warns that impersonators can use lookalike domains or apparently legitimate caller IDs. Find the company’s contact details independently instead of using a stranger’s link or phone number. Urgent requests for another payment, banking details or login information require verification of the sender and the reason.
